Variety: 100% Syrah


We harvest the grapes manually with case of middle dimension. So we make a first selection of grapes.

After that the process goes on in the winery where the grapes are destemmed and after the berries fall into a vibrating table where, manually, the grapes are controlled again, to improve the quality of the wine.

The alcoholic fermentation begins thermoregulated still tank at a temperature of 22-24 degrees centigrade. After that begins a second fermentation, called malolactic after the wine enters the maturation phase on the fine lees for a few months, always in steel, at the end of which the wine will be bottled and marketed.


Visual: intense, lively purple red color with violet reflections

Olfactory: intense, elegant, complex, fresh red and black fruit, blueberry, blackberry, wild strawberry, red flowers, black pepper.

Taste: fresh, intense, full, fullbodied, persistent with fine tannins and an enveloping finish
