The symbol is born from a trip in Egypt made by my dad and my twin sisters, Laura and Lucia, many years ago.
While the painter was looking my sisters he took the inspiration to create the paint.
Starting from the essence of the imagine of the wine we can recognize the symbol of infinity. In this case we can see an hug between two people: the two body are blended together that we can scarcely see the people but surely we can perceive the love between them.
I choose the symbol of the painting to describe the passion of love and physical pain of my grandfather, of a dad and a son.
The passion is transmitted from generation to generation. It started from the fields that my great-grandfather and my grandfather bought. These fields were cultivated and than had become a job for my dad.
I took from him the perseverance, the persistence, the courage to believe in a dream and to realize it.
The union of the two people symbolizes the connection between the natural element, our fields, and its location: Centoia, a small village in Cortona, known for the agricultural and the wine production.
