The cellar was built in 2013. It is 400m2 divided in three levels.
In the ground flor there is the barrique room for the wine ageing in wood, the containers are filled following the gravity from the overhead tank to limit the use of the mechanical machine during the filled of the barrique.
On the first floor you can find the receiving grapes area and the thermoregulated still tank where takes place the alcoholic fermentation and the next malolactic fermentation. In the same floor you can find the magazine with the wine ageing in bottle and the corner dedicated to welcome the customers.
On the second floor there is the tasting room with the “caratelli” where the vin santo fermentation and ageing takes place
